The food was really delicious and the portions were very generous. The male owner was especially kind, and I was really impressed by the excellent customer service. The turnover rate was quick, the food tasted great, and I’d definitely visit again.

Be there many times and the service is always super nice and thoughtful (the staff looks happy to work there as well). Also, this time I tried a new pot flavor...pickle and pepper something... which I normally won’t order. Anyway, it was surprisingly yummy!! I would highly recommend this. The classic spicy one is very nice as well. The price is reasonable around 20 per person. Thanks to the staff again for bringing me nice experience on a late rainy night.

Potpot Malatang comes to the top or second when I think of Malatang flavours in london. We tried both the classic spicy soup base and white pepper soup base (for something who can’t have spicy spicy). I had two minds before going there because the soup base for the spicy one doesn’t look very spicy from the looks, but I am quite happy with the fact that you can adjust your spicy level and it was just perfect for my taste. However the highlight for me was the white pepper soup base. This was such an interesting, peppery yet creamy and sweet - really amazing soup base. If you don’t know which one to try, I probably recommend the white pepper soup once as the first try!

Truly delightful food! I had the dry mala pot and the ingredients were fresh and seasoning was on point. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly as well, told them I had seafood allergy and they went extra mile to check with head chef that the food is allergen free. Definitely a 5* recommend, will come again.

First, this is not a traditional hot pot restaurant. You purchase individual pots of soup and add the meats, veggies, and noodles. It’s all cooked in the kitchen and brought to you over 2 candles to keep it hot. Secondly, my spice limit for s Buldak ramen. Any more than that and I’m just tasting pain. This restaurant is a good into to “mala” spice. We had ordered the original spicy and white pepper broth. Both excellent. We came in hungry and left satisfied. As a bonus, the service was very good and the bathroom was clean.

If you want to eat a good hot pot for a reasonable price (which is hard to find in London) definitely come here. The curry broth was amazing with a little oyster sauce, and the toppings we chose were in good quantity and really good! The only thing we didn’t like was the beef but apart from that it was amazing. The service was also really good, the people were super nice and the waitresses are really attentive and helpful. As for the atmosphere it’s really nice, the place isn’t too big so it feels intimate, there’s nice background music and the decoration is really nice. Would definitely go back, me and my friend loved it. We shared a broth and chose 5/6 ingredients and we each payed less than 15 and were full !
